Shipping policy

All orders placed Monday–Friday are expected to ship within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Many "pre-order" items will have their own unique shipping timeline, so please double-check the product description before checking out.

If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready. To receive other items sooner, place a separate order for ready-to-ship items.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation or your tracking number isn’t updating, please contact us.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but the package is missing, contact your local post office with your tracking number. Once a package leaves our facility, Armada Inc is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

International Shipments
Import duties and taxes (including VAT) may be charged upon arrival in your country. These charges are your responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
