Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled or edited once placed. Please review your cart carefully before checking out. Orders will ship based on their associated fulfillment or pre-order timeline.
We cannot adjust item quantities, but we may assist with variant/size changes if available—only if no refund or cost adjustment is needed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives defective or damaged, email support@armadamerch.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
We do not refund or replace minor cosmetic damage incurred in transit (e.g., vinyl with dinged corners or seam splits). No replacement sleeves are available. For condition-sensitive items, we recommend choosing UPS Ground instead of USPS Media Mail.
Returns and Exchanges
Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Unless due to a production defect, original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping and a $3 restocking fee.
Before sending anything back, email support@armadamerch.com. Include your order number and specify if you're requesting a size exchange or refund.
